Who we are

MFab Screens LLC (AZ ROC #366005) is an owner-operated contractor serving Cochise County and Southern Arizona, at 375 S Companero Rd., Saint David, AZ 85630. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:

• Details you give us when you request an estimate, request a consultation, or contact us — your name, phone, email, service address, and the project details you choose to share.
• Your contact and marketing preferences, including whether you asked to receive updates, and a record of the consent you gave (so we can honor it).
• How you found us — marketing source and referral information, including advertising click identifiers, so we can measure which efforts help homeowners reach us.
• Basic technical and usage data your browser sends (such as device/browser type and pages viewed), and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookie data described below.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask you not to send payment card numbers or other sensitive identifiers through the website.

How we use your information

To respond to your request, prepare and schedule estimates and consultations, confirm project details, keep records of our work and your consent choices, protect the site from spam and abuse, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates or offers. We use marketing-source and measurement data to understand and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics, advertising, and personalization are off until you allow them. With your consent, we use Google analytics and advertising services (via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads) to understand site usage and measure ad performance; this may set cookies and share limited, non-identifying measurement data with Google. We do not send Google your name, email, phone, or address for advertising. You can change your choices anytime via Cookie preferences.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us operate — our website hosting and database providers (which store your submission), our email delivery provider (to send and receive messages about your project), and the Google measurement/advertising services above (only with your consent, and without the personal details listed above). These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information or share it for others' independent marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request, carry out any work you hire us for, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your choices & rights”).

Calls & text messages

If you call, text, or give us your number, we may call or text you about your estimate, consultation, or project. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP or telling us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to or deletion of the information you've provided, ask us to correct it, opt out of marketing messages, and change your cookie consent at any time. To make a request, contact us at dallon@mfabscreensaz.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
